WHAT DO WE NEED TO TRY THIS?
At the present time, due to demand by our members, we are committed to 3 gun matches. WRAS outdoor stages consisting of:
• One or two rifle IPSC course of fire
• One or two shotgun IPSC course of fire
• One or two Steel Challenge course of fire
• Minimum of two IPSC course of fire
Equipment requirements:
• A handgun in 9mm or larger caliber.
• A belt, holster, magazine pouches, and at least four magazines for your pistol.
• A rifle in 223 or larger caliber*.
• A shotgun in 20 gauge or higher*.
• Earmuffs and protective glasses are a must as well.
• A positive attitude and a desire to have fun.
*This type of equipment is always available to use should you not have a rifle or shotgun. You must purchase ammo for rifle in 223 and/or shotgun in 12 gauge (lead shot).
DIVISIONS
• Production – Handgun must have first shot double action. Only original parts & components offered by the OFM as standard equipment. This division is shot in minimum power factor 125
• Standard – Handgun can be modified for trigger pull and or other minor adjustments. This division is shot in Minor (minimum power factor of 125) or Major (minimum power factor of 170)
• Open – Race guns with compensators & optical electronic sights. This division is shot in Minor (minimum power factor of 125 or Major (Minimum power factor of 160)
Rifle & Shotgun
• Rifle minimum rifle caliber 223
• Shotgun minimum gauge 20 (lead shot)
