November's 3 Gun Match
Start Date:
Saturday, November 13, 2010 - 08:00
All right Everyone,
This is the likely the last time to get out and have some fun running and gunning - 3 Gun Style.
Held at Spruce Grove Gun Club:
Round count will be roughly
Rifle: 60
Shotgun:25
Pistol: 100
(These are of course minimums as the COF's have not been decided yet)
We will classify people for the pistol stages into Production, Standard and Open.
All rifle and shotgun stages are run what you have.
No other restrictions on equipment or ammo. General usage is 55gr .223 and #7 to #4 12 gauge ammo.
Anything from drop-leg to armour to chest rigs to plain belt rigs with shells in the pockets are good to go.
There are no "club guns" available, however if you bring 12 gauge and .223 then I or someone else will let you use there rifle/shotgun and mags.
This match will have 2 pistol, rifle, shotgun stages, plus 2 transition stages. As for squads it will depend on how many people show up, lunch is usually eat when you can, there is no food available at the range. As for side matches not this time and the same for prize's at this time.
WRAS membership is Adult $35/ year Junior $15/year.
WRAS members receive a $10 discount on all match fees for 3-gun matches.
If it your first ever match with WRAS and you join the club the match is free!!
Match fee is $45 for adults and $25 for juniors.
If you are not a range member there is a $10 charge per match for adults to pay for the range day pass.
First shot will be for 10 am and we should be finished shooting by 5 pm.
Registration will open at 0800 and be closed at 0900, unless specifically excepted by myself or Tex.
The more people that show up at 0800 the faster we can get the set up done and be ready to rock and roll for 1000
If you have any questions either reply to me here or on the WRAS website.
Thanks,
Sam
